Hall 2 (Building B) is part of the base; the project owner (tenderer) is Chengdu Tiantou Luxi Zhigu Park Construction Co., Ltd., and the general contractor is the consortium of Chengdu Jiangong Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. (lead) and China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute. - Information Technology Systems (ITS): structured cabling, wired & wireless networks
- Building Management System (BMS): BA system, intelligent control, energy monitoring
- Public Security Systems (PSS): CCTV, access control, swing gates
- System commissioning and overall handover support
3. Key System Delivery
ITS: planning and deployment of structured cabling and wired/wireless networks, with information points uniformly planned by floor and function to avoid disorderly later cabling.
BMS: building automation (BA), intelligent control and energy monitoring. Honeywell™ DDC controllers provide centralized monitoring of M&E equipment with synchronized energy data collection.
PSS: CCTV, access control and passage gates. Access control panels manage entrances and visitor passage, with all circuits labeled for easy maintenance.
4. Outcomes & Value
- On-time delivery: ~140 days from mobilization to handover, all subcontract works completed as planned
